Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor International’s
state-of-the-art equipment packaging and service facility in
Houston, Texas, US, will be introducing a newly-constructed
compressor test stand. MHI will become the only major OEM
in the Gulf Coast Region to have a compressor test stand
performing PTC 10 Type 2 Testing. The new test stand will
offer sufficient capacity to conduct performance tests on
small tomid-size API 617 centrifugal compressors, enabling
MHI to manufacture, assemble and test all in the US.
